Job Profile Description:
- Design HVAC Systems.
- Should be able to generate heating and
cooling heat load calculation. Making DBR. - Calculate Ventilation Requirements and Design Ventilation system.
- Knowledge of Building Codes, ASHRAE, SMACNA and Clean-room
Guidelines. - Engineer the systems for equipments and controls instruments.
- Making BOQ Generate water, power, space, operating weight
requirements etc. - Knowledge of VRF, Industrial, Pharma system.
- Knowledge of ducting drawings, RCP, ADP, piping drawings, plant
room layout, P&ID, equipment layout etc. - Coordinate with draftsman and get the drawings done.
- Coordinate
with colleagues within the company. - Coordinate with Client and Consultant for the project, should be
capable of taking the approval of the TDS, Drawings etc. - Determine Budget Costs, BOQ amendment etc.
- Knowledge of Electrical and BMS will be added advantage.
Technical Skills Requirement:
- 1. AutoCAD
- 2. MS-Office
Behavioural Skill Reequipment:
- Should be self motivated
- Soft spoken
- Should be capable to co-ordinate with other agencies
